★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossible to get to the proper dept because the hotline was terminated during transfer. Got to queue to ask a question, get a form of deposit a cheque. If you are fine with a single manned counter, this bank is for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So upset. Customer service at Citibank Holland Village branch is extremely terrible. I arrived at the branch at 9.30am on 13 April 2019 to open a banking account, but waited an hour (with only 1 customer before me) and still did not get to speak with a personal banking officer. There were so many staff working at this branch but no one to help customers set up a simple banking account? What kind of bank branch makes a customer wait an hour just to open a bank account? I am so upset with Citibank. Having been a customer for a long time, and trust in the bank, I now question the ability of this bank to meet customer needs. Very very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lucky I called the CS before visiting the branch on 21st March 2022, was told that it’s temporary closed no reason was stated but to customer point of view could be lack of patrons in Covid times and high rental, maybe this Holland Village counter is underrated areas?

Only 3 branches in Singapore available in Capital Square (Raffles Place), Marine Parade (Eastside) and Jurong East (Westside) Interchange. There is supposed to have a branch in Bishan MRT, I hope Citibank May make this an option sadly perhaps is due to rental again? ? I hope this information helps for those last minutes urgency for some people.
