β β β β β Very poor attitude from receptionist and lady at counter 3 around 10.30am today. Made an appointment, received an email and sms as confirmation but I didnβt feel welcome here. Twisted their word tt I need to wait for a call before coming down. Perhaps they can include it in their email and sms. I was guided to counter 3 and the lady looked like she didnβt want to serve me at all. I hope the management does something about this place, looks like the reviews before me has mentioned that the customer service is really bad here.

β β β β β I was at this branch yesterday to solve a log in and token issue. Alice was at the reception bright and early around 10am. She served with a smile and was so so so patience as I have no clue why I am facing issues in multiple areas. she was so amazing and awesome! 5 stars and highly recommended. @maybank2u you are extremely lucky to have her! Ironically on the table next to her, a younger gal with fake lashes was sigh-ing out loud twice over something, luckily she wasnt serving me, what a vast difference! it's really the attitude and the mindset to serve. Keep up the great work Alice.
