My husband and I had bad experiences with many dental surgeons. But after we went to DePacific dental, we are very impressed with Dr Cindy Ho, she is patient, thorough and very professional. Not to mentioned she is very gentle too. Very recommended!!!

Made appointment for my mother on Friday, and got an appointment on Saturday morning. Almost no waiting time when we entered the clinic. My mother was seen by Dr Rachel, and was very meticulous and detailed about her work. Explained every problem that she found and gave recommendations for what procedure can be done. Explained the government subsidies for my mother as well. Consult and cleaning was done well, and was over quick. Overall, an excellent visit. Made another appointment to see Dr Rachel again. Thank you.

10/10 dental clinic! I originally found this place through google reviews 2 years ago after a few bad experiences at different dental clinics that resulted in poor dental health. De Pacific PR managed to sort out and help stabilise my condition after a number of procedures which were all explained clearly to me, and completed in manageable stages. I’m glad to have had such consistently amazing experiences here, that i’ve recommended family and friends. De Pacific lives up to their name, providing excellent and quality care at affordable rates. The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding! They made me feel so comfortable and for a dental phobic like me, I have no problems with the needles and all. My whole family seen Dr Syazwan Lim for our 6 mthly routine checks but since I was having a toothache, I was attended by Dr Cindi Ho today. After consulting Dr Cindi, I was advised to have my wisdom tooth removed as it was badly broken down. The whole process from numbing the gums to extracting the tooth was such a breeze! Booked the dentist appointment for my mum, and was really impressed by Dr Tan Wen Li’s patience, care and professionalism. There were quite a number of procedures to be done and she was able to explain it patiently and clearly for both of us to understand. Through observing it’s better than any dental experience I’ve personally had!

Took my mom to the Pasir Ris branch on 22 Jun and Dr Tan Wen Li was very patient and meticulous in adjusting my mom’s dentures. We had thought that we might need to get my mom a new set of dentures since she had not worn her current ones for a while and it was no longer fitting well. But Dr Tan was pragmatic and took into account factors that were causing my mom for not wearing her dentures as regularly as she should and suggested adjusting the fit for her current ones so that she can first get used to wearing dentures instead of making new set. She also gave some practical and sensible follow-up suggestions on my mom’s remaining tooth. My mom was elated when her dentures fit and wouldn’t stop talking on the ride home. Priceless! Thank you Dr Tan for making my mom’s daunting dental experience painless and for giving her smile back. My mom’s only wish though is that the clinic entrance had a ramp for an easier wheelchair accessibility.
