The doctor was very unprofessional. Told him that my whole family got covid and I likely got it as well as I’ve got the symptoms. He did a check using his stethoscope but it was done so quickly that I doubt he actually really checked. When asked if there was something wrong, he simply replied “don’t know, maybe covid.” Honestly this is one of the worst clinics ever due to how unprofessional some of the doctors can get.

absolutely flabbergasted by the shockingly low reviews. i personally a very enjoyable experience at the clinic. the receptionist was friendly and the doctor was incredibly caring too! he showed genuine care and concern for my medical needs as well and was very patient.

Rude service staff and doctor. Doctor gave a cursory examination that lasted less than a minute and decided to prescribe a whole bunch of medication, most of which were contraindicative of my symptoms. Was told to return the next day at 10:20am for a COVID swab test (even though the clinic is supposed to be open 24h), but when I arrived at 10:15am, I was told that swab tests do not start until 11:00. When asked why I was told to come at 10:20, the staff there said it was for "registration purposes". Registration took all of 2 seconds for me to hand the staff my appointment slip. In short, this is a example of a clinic with absolutely no standards for their staff and doctors. Do not visit if you have a choice.

This is a very very very very shabby clinic. HOW COULD A MEDICAL PROFESSION SET UP FORGET TO SUMMIT MY VACCIATION RECORDS TO THE NATIONAL IMMUNISATION REGISTRY. It was "lucky for me to went down on 10 Feb 2022 to check only to find out THEY LEFT MY RECORDS OUT AND FORGOTTEN TO SUBMIT IT TO THE AUTHORITIES!! Phew!! The cut off date is 14 Feb 2022 just 4 days from 10 Feb 2022!! To make things worse, their staff are simply nonsensical. They can't help but only to say we forgotten..THEY DON'T FEEL SOORY AT ALL. THEY DON'T SEE AND UNDERSTAND HOW WE FELT. THEY SHOWED NO SENSE OF GUILT, EMPATHY AND WHATSOEVER!! It was a nightmare for me andI AM SUGGESTING DO NOT GO NEAR TO THIS CHAIN OF CLINICS!! T worsen things, they don't even a administration office that i could call to discuss the seriousness of the matter.. What a KOKE, no contact number for a organisation????? For those who awarded 1 star, I say minus 1 star !!! NEVER, NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES UNLESS ALL CLINICS IN SINGAPORE HAS CLOSED SHOP OR WENT BUST!!! HA HA HA HA HA!!!

Doctors here are informative and polite. Front desk staff on the other hand are extremely rude. They give off the feeling of “why are you here” and even reply curtly to questions. As staff representing the clinic, you should know better how to uphold yourselves. The 2 stars deducted are purely for the many encounters of rude front staff who seem to hate their job.

Expensive and indeed, poor service at the reception. I don’t get why the need to be rude, if you’re sick of your job, don’t vent it on another person. Just change your job. I got my vaccination booster yesterday and came in today to get an MC. During the vaccination, I had asked the doctor for an MC because the previous two doses of vaccination had me aching all over and having on and off fever. However, the doctor asked me to come back the next day again if I really am feeling unwell. I did that, and came across this super rude dude with a man bun. I was then told that consultation is $75 before medication. This is crazy. Having went to only private clinics all my life, I have never seen such crazy pricing. It was usually $50 with medication. Not recommended to come here for anything other than government subsidised treatments.

Went today to get a consultation because I was ill in the afternoon around 3pm, the clinic didn't update their website information and I was turned away because apparently this clinic is no longer 24 hours (unlike their name) and did not have any more doctor's consultation slots. Apart from the staff, who for once was polite and informative, this clinic truly has just been disappointing to go to time and time again. It is undeniably one of the most untrustworthy of services.

I've been coming to the Pasir Ris Central 24-HR clinic since 2017. I work irregular hours and its very convenient to visit. Quite baffled about the negative reviews this clinic received. My doctors have all been professional and have excellent manners especially since I am female and they're male. The clinic assistants throughout the years have all been good in what they do. I received my medications as is, they asked appropriate questions and keep the chat minimum, especially since I'm unwell and needed quick service. I took away 1 star due to the clinic being quite small and it looks like it need a fixer up.
