★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely slow. Isnt it supposed to be fast food?? Collection number doesnt even move. Gave up n cancelled my order. Understaffed and kitchen is slow. Cashier was clearing the tables n handling delivery orders. Dont come here unless u hv lots of time n not hungry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 2nd time in this Wing Stop outlet. The service is good as usual but I felt that the chicken wing seems smaller than in the past. Tried the Texas Buffaloes and Teriyaki favour this time. Didn't really like the texas buffaloes vinegar base for a chicken wing. The shop has a corner for washing hands which is very useful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time trying this fried chicken. Surprisingly delicious! Chicken is freshly fried upon ordering so waiting time around 15 mins but definitely worth the wait. Many favours to pick from and I chose the no. 1 and 3 and I really love it. Counter staff is friendly and helpful and will recommend what is the best seller just for a small top up amount. I love it so much that I packed for the team to try. Will definitely be back to try other favours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wings stop is generally my go to place for nice chicken wings. They are tasty. My fav flavours are Texas Buffalo and Louisiana pepper. Fries are just average and not at all spiced. But chicken is the best. Try something other than coke. It tastes different. May be take the bottle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid an extra $1.40 for all wings only. Came home disappointed when i saw the drumlets. Like my parents when i came home with my O level results. Overall food was good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first we were very disappointed, firstly not being greeted when taking order, then at recieving cold food, from chips to the chicken wings after having to wait 40 minutes.
We left, called the outlet to ask for the manager Bugga, who offered to replace our exact meal the following day. Even prioritising our order.
I am very thankful to such managers and store owners who take their clientèle serious.
