★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprisingly filled with all my outdoor needs paired with very friendly and understanding people!
I was taken aback by some of the equipment prices which was way cheaper than higher end brands for roughly the same quality?
Love how we were able to test out some of the gear before deciding on which to buy.
Also props to Wei Jun and Xuan who were able to assess my preferences to recommend a bike for me as well as recommending me proper equipment such as night lights and helmets to get me back to riding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On top of offering a great range of products, Decathlon has always given good service but the one we experienced at Northshore was majorly impressive. The staff were friendly and happy to serve. Special thanks to Superstar Din who went above and beyond his call of duty to assist us in procuring our bicycle which was not listed on the website and Wei Jun/Jun Wei for helping us with our bike assembly and queries. Truly customer excellence at its best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Decathlon outlet at Northshore Plaza has a huge, wide & varied range of sporting products
The outlet is situated across two levels and is huge and spacious.
You are allowed to get your hands on equipment such as bicycles, skooters and other sporting goods. Tables are laid out to play table tennis.
For people living in the North Eastern parts of Singapore this is one big Huge Decathlon worthy of a visit.
Staff are easily available to attend to your queries. They even have a small restaurant on the 2nd floor.
Oh yes and it's Air-Conditioned ? considering that Northshore Plaza in which it's located is not air-conditioned.
Certainly worthy of a visit ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely experience here! Went to look at the bicycle and roller blades but didn’t have much knowledge on the equipments thus we approached the staffs there. The staffs were generally quite helpful and approachable. I would like to give a shout out to 2 of the staffs whom made our day on 24/3/22 were Noelle and one of the guy who i didn’t take note of his name (probably the expert in bicycle, wore spectacles). Both of them were extremely friendly, helpful and patient. Really appreciate it, thank you!

I would like to commend one of your staff, Jeffrey, at Decathlon Northshore. Jeffrey services and handles bicycles sales in the bicycle section.
I’ve collected my bicycle from Jeffrey last month. From then till now, he has been very patient in dealing with my queries. I’ve paid him a visit several times to fix the issues on my bike and he had always been very helpful and accommodating. He even gave me additional tips on how to upkeep my bike and tells me to look for him if I need anything else. I’ve even bought a few accessories from his recommendation.
Though I thought that section was understaffed and he was busy with lots of customers, he always got back to me on my queries. Never once did he show any frustration or any signs of irritation. Furthermore, he is knowledgeable about bikes.
This is a 5-star service for me.
If any improvement is needed, I think that section needs more staff and more people with an awesome service attitude like Jeffrey.

Bought the cheap Treadmill from Decathlon but had a faulty console connection with the key, contacted support and they were quick in response. They sent technicians to rectify my issue and settle within 15 minutes.
