Sammy and Mr. Liew were very accommodating and friendly!! Had a lot of doubts and issues but had great recommendations and advice from both of them, very informative and patient with my family and I. Overall very very pleased with the service provided :) if you visit please ask for either sammy or mr liew!!

One of technician Ah Hwee has an serious attitude problem. 1.He brought wrong colour of led light cover in 1st trip. Instead of sending it to here immediately, he just decide he wld be coming the next day w/o consulting us. 2. Brings to 2nd problem, on the 2nd day need to keep calling him, asking him what time to come. Instead of apologise, he said he is having lunch. It seems like our schedule is not important. 3. Worst part, lights are not fixed properly. Engaged him to perform changing led light panel service and my light couldn’t turn off properly. There’s visible dim light when I switch it off. 4. Leads to 4th problem, on the 3rd day (after my dad called him personally) he came down and took a quick look. He kept emphasis that it wasn’t his problem. Then, I emphasised that it only happened after he left on 2nd. After debating with him for 10mins, I called my dad to speak to him. Guess what, he then reluctantly fix my light within 5mins. So he was trying to brush me off is it? He could have left w/o fixing the problem if my dad didn’t speak to him.

My go to place for lighting and toilet accessories. The lady is very helpful and knowledgeable in giving advice. Prices I feel is reasonable and have quite a lot to choose from. Upstairs they have serious lightings, fans and toilet fixtures. Instagram @iambruisedlee

Chan Huat may not be the cheapest but their led lights are reliable . A huge range of items to choose from and the service is fairly decent .

Things to note before purchasing with them. Their pre-sales service was ok, but after-sales services was terrible. If you would like to make a purchase with them, please make sure you open every single items to check through as they will not allow exchange. For trading business like them, shouldn't they seek back-to-back warranty with their suppliers? Anyway, there are so many other shops around offering better prices and services.

I speak for Sammi who has provided us with excellent service, professionalism and courtesy. She is extremely knowledgeable and for the things she doesn't know, she will fast check before letting us know. Look for Sammi if you are there to purchase your home lights! very happy with her!

The sale person of this shop is very unhelpful. I brought driver for led to exchange, First Said over one month, I said no today is last day. Then said must be with in 7 days, then said spare part cannot change. Keep change words. They don't honor customer loyalty . I am their customer more than 10 years.

36” Fanco fan for $189 also carries 33” Crestar fan $430. $481 for 1.2m Jellyfish light vs $588 for 1.6m. Range is not as wide unfortunately they don’t carry the Heracleum/firefly light. Pricing quite reasonable. Recommended by Alice.
