β β β β β Visiting from US, my 88 year old mother's hearing aid device stopped working. The store spend 2 hours to fix the problem and were very helpful. This really saved our trip to Singapore. Highly recommended.

β β β β β Highly NOT recommended to come here if you want to do ear impression for CIEM.
1). When ear impression something wrong or not perfect, they would not help you to redo or refund for you.
2). This place made me spend extra $300 for reshell service, new ear impression at other places and 3 months for shipping and processing.

Also provided a new set of impression when the CIEM company deemed that the impressions were damaged

β β β β β My mum has very bad hearing and Prof and Ms Lee were very helpful and spent a lot of time with my mum to get her a hearih aid set which she could hear with reasonably well. Their service is very good and I will highly recommend them. Thank you so much for being so patient with my mum.
