Rather consistent Xiao Long Baos, every piece was folded well. The Liu Sha Bao was rather good and we did a second order. The yam bao paled in comparison, and tasted ok. The bao skin were rather Q which we liked. Dumpling noodle soup, however tasted ordinary and did not really impress. Will skip this next time.

Spacious and comfortable. Ordering system not so good. QR code ordering cannot submit to kitchen but must call and wait for waitress to come and scan the code. Waste of time! Need to improve!

Food were up to standard and staff were all very courteous and attentive. This outlet is not the biggest. Suitable for groups up to 4 pax!

Overall, Ding Tai Fung rarely goes wrong for a spot to have a meal. Fragrance fried rice never failed with the added juicy n tasty pork chop is shiokness. Noodles perfectly cooked. Dumpling is also must order but today dumplings lags the umami flavours cause my memory of it is alway bursting with tasty broth upon biting it. Service aspect only 2 waitress around at around 3pm.

Excellent service! Staff responded very quickly and were respectful when I needed help. Crispy shrimp pancake had the right balance of sweetness and flavour, egg fried rice was well cooked with a restaurant quality style and lastly the Xiao long Bao was rich in flavour. Buy from here, it is absolutely worth it and affordable!!??

The food was decent, though nothing stood out to me in particular. The xiao long bao were delicate, filled with a mild yet unctuous broth. We were kindly offered a complimentary xiao long bao because there was a leak in one of them. We could’ve done without the steamed pork and vegetable buns, as they were bland. I didn’t know this, but the lemon barley drink is thick and goopy, so I won’t be ordering it again. Wait staff was not the most attentive. We had trouble attracting the attention of two separate individuals. One of them walked right by our table without acknowledging us when we said we’d like to order. Another time, even customers who had just been helped by the wait staff were looking in our direction; they could hear us, but the wait staff couldn’t? Also, FYI, you need to scan the QR code at the front counter to get a queue number. When we arrived on a weekday evening, lots of people were already physically queuing, but they hadn’t scanned the QR code. There should be a prominent sign with instructions or reception staff should be on the lookout for customers to inform them. Otherwise people will be queuing foolishly for nothing.

Review for November 2021 Well the food overall is decent quality. Service is okay. But ....i remember very clearly halfway while dining inside, suddenly the lights are black out, it took more than 10 minutes for the electricity to resume again. Well good thing is it can be romantic atmosphere...lol

Leaving a review for their red bean rice dumpling. Absolutely delicious, a good alternative to enjoy the dragon boat festival. About half of it is appropriate size for desert, so good idea to share. Too bad this is a limited offer, will definitely get it next year (hopefully they offer the meat one next year as well).
