β β β β β Ever since they changed the shop sign and the Aunty changed, the fishball noodles have gotten more expensive and the portion have also drastically decreased. I felt so dissatisfied after that! I used to frequent this stall for breakfast in the past but with the lousy service and small expensive portion, I have to find another noodle stall for my mornings.

β β β β β Yes, the same bespectacled boy with ear rings continues to be very rude and trying to discourage more customers. He appears to be frustrated with his job. I wish that he strikes toto and stops working here.

β β β β β One of my favourite fishball noodles after Lixin Teochew fishball. Consistent fishball texture and price is $3.20. I always opt for all fishball although their fish dumpling is quite nice too.
Note that takeaway is $0.20 additional for compulsory paper container.

β β β β β Went there last night and served by a bespectacled chinese young man wearing earrings. Very rude and inpatient to customers. The management should really look at firing this person and getting a replacement unless they want to tarnish the companyβs reputation. You cant have someone with this kind of attitude serving customers the way he does. Shouts βwah lau ehβ when customer asks some questions. Totally unacceptable

β β β β β Similar to some reviews. Young chap with earring (with a black cross) with bad attitude. Also when there's no customers, he steps out near the road to have his smoke break. Pricing stated on the board is not what is charged. A fishball soup noodle and a dry mince meat kway teow costs $8.30.

β β β β β Had a bad experience at my first visit for this outlet. Requested for more mushroom and less meat for my Mushroom minced meat noodle but this young boy said "No, definitely not possible" to my request. First time hearing a staff rejects a customer's order. Shocked and disappointed. Because of the bad customer service, I will never go back there again. I hope the management can fix this issue by sending the staff to Customer Service training or replace him with another staff who can provide better Customer Service. Not recommended.
