★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience at the clinic. Baby had rashes and the usual clinics we visit were closed in the afternoon, hence we went to this new one seeing the 5* rating. Doctor left clinic when it was our turn for consultation, was only after we asked the receptionist, then she mentioned Dr had to walk out for a while n would be back quickly. When the Dr finally came back, he did not even bother to check my baby or try take a look at rashes, was too eager to suggest going to kkh to do pcr saying covid can come in all forms now. Only when I pointed at baby's soles n Arms and asked if it could be hfmd, then he immediately agreed yea then it's hfmd. Irony, in the diagnosis n referral letter to kkh, he indicated another diagnosis - viral exanthem. Definitely not a go to clinic for kids

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience in the clinic today. I was seen by a male doctor who has no empathy and spoke quite rudely.
Upon hearing that i have Covid-19 symptoms, he told me to sit faraway from him (Distinct Clinic is a SASH/PHPC clinic). I was given no chance to speak at all and he did not make an effort to listen to my lungs despite me reporting breathlessness. The consultation was less than 30seconds and was unpleasant.
I was previously seen by another doctor who was professional and patient. Today’s visit left me disappointed and uncertain.
