★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A new family clinic in this region! Was feeling unwell in the morning and chanced upon this clinic which was nearby my house. Dr Lee attended to me and mentioned that this clinic recently opened a few weeks ago. The clinic was clean (it’s new), the reception was really friendly as well. Dr Lee was v patient and assisted to diagnose my condition, he also took the extra effort to explain more about lifestyle choices and preventive measures to strengthen my immunity in the future. Thanks Dr Lee!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In most GP clinics, one gets the feeling that they’re just the next-in-line, or just another number. However, the visit at Peak Medical West Plains is a refreshingly different experience.
Dr Ben is a patient-centred doctor with excellent bedside manner. He is thorough and assuring, traits that not many GPs have. He explained treatment and medications clearly and patiently, and does not rush you out of the door. Dr Ben is truly a gem of a doctor. I highly recommend Dr Ben.
