★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management needs to look into how the clinic is managed. The reception nurses are one of the worst to deal with. Call the clinic 100 times - no one answers the phone. If go to clinic and tell them to call to speak - again very rude. Does not even deserve a single star.

Communication needs to be improved as the doctor and staff did not tell me that I could order it to be collected another day, only found out when I emailed them. Needs improvement in queue management but heard they are working on it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one attending to patients after more than 20mins. Poor communication to patients. Grossly lacking in preparedness and maintaining queues. Named One Care clinic but struggle to see the care in any part of the process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ . I visited two times as it's near to my apartment and supported by my company insurance. Staff is a problem here, receptionist are not friendly they will respond in rude manner if you want to clarify anything. Doctors usually behave in weird way, he will ask you all questions and just redirect you to specialist, which giving me feeling that they are sitting there as navigator, people go there and depend on your problem you will be redirected to specialist doctor. Due to one perticular medical issue I even visited their mentioned specialist but that visit turn out to be big waste of money (around 800SGD) which involve only basic test and they suggested to do next visit after medication for big test which will cost me around 1200SGD just to find out what is the issue, I cancelled my appointment, travelled to my home country, did the treatment and comeback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinic was very crowded as it is a PHPC but the staff remained courteous and professional even with the long line of patients. They worked as efficiently as possible given that they need to dispense meds, swab in full PPE, register patients etc. Keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for ART test. The experience is extremely bad. Went there and join the queue after seeing everyone doing the same. After 10-20mins, a staff approached and asked for doing self declaration. But the staff has not mentioned anything regarding the registration process, so everyone went on and wait. I queued and waited for 3 freaking hours to be called upon for registration. The ART test was conducted in like 2mins, then I can go home. So I wonder why the staffs there wont do some logical arrangement? The queue should be split into 2 lines, 1 for seeing doctor, another 1 for referred ART/PCR. I am just here to do a test which does not spend me more than 2mins but I have to stand there and wait for 3 hours. This is definitely the worst experience I have in Singapore's clinic. Please guide your staffs to have some logical thinking in handling the situation especially when we have spiking case of covid-19 recently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queues are always long and slow. More than 10 people queueing every time. Management obviously does not bother about complaints and concerns from patients who are here tirelessly providing feedback. There are only few seats in the clinic but useless. The only way this clinic can save itself is to just close down for good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were disappointed when we were told that their last patient has registered at 7:40pm I tried to seek help just to admit my spouse as he had been going multiple trips to the toilet and needs help. Staff turn compassionate when my spouse went in personally to ask for compassion for him to see Dr today. Thanks for saving a patient from discomfort and worry.
