β β β β β Both premium and normal pork loin were crispy, juicy, tender and a bit fatty.
Service was quick and helped to top up cabbage or rice.
Pickled vegetables was a bit bland.
Complimentary tea was kinda tasteless, maybe thatβs why it was free.
Limited seats due to covid.
Actual score would be like 4.5.

β β β β β Haven't been down to the outlet but ordered from Hajime on Grabfood and was supremely impressed by the quality of the food despite having gone through the delivery process.
Even the regular T4 pork loin was succulent and had a good amount of fat to give it lots of flavour!
The outer crust was still very crispy after generously dripping it with tonkatsu sauce.
The curry katsu was tasty and slightly spicy which was nice.
The chashu ramen has generous amounts of chashu that had a wonderful, charred flavour.
Edamame wasn't as tasty as expected but otherwise overall, a delightful meal!

β β β β β First visit yesterday at Thomson Plaza. Tried the premium pork loin tonkatsu and the promo item the Maze Soba. The tonkatsu is really juicy and tender. Highly recommended.
The maze soba is not in the regular menu and you have to ask for it. Its like a Japanese zhajiang mian. Dry noodle with spicy minced pork and with big pieces of deep fried veg. Not bad.
As there are limited tables there is a queue. So have patience! Service is great too. ?

β β β β β Took a while to be seated once tables had cleared. Service was quite quick once you've placed an order via scanning the QR code on the table.
Uncle was a bit condesending during the first interaction, assuming that I maybe can't use chop sticks for some reason? If you start a sentence with "no offence but"... you should probably stop yourself there.
Food quality and portions were good overall. Both the Premium Pork Loin Katsu ($22.90) and Chicken Katsu ($17.50) were crispy, well cooked and flavourful. Would come back for a quick lunch/dinner or take-away option.

β β β β β katsu don was really good and big portion! Simmered egg was so tasty and savoury plus the tender lean katsu. Ebi katsu with ramen recommended:) the ramen had a very unique broth with fusion flavours?? Tonkotsu ramen set was satisfying

β β β β β Tonkatsu ramen was great! Tonkatsu was crispy and thick. Love the spicy ramen as well! Had good serving size of cabbage in the soup that absorbed the flavour and gives delish bites!

β β β β β First try in this place. No Q as i had my early dinner at 5.45pm on a weekend. Decent renovation with decent customer service. What i like is the proactiveness in serving the FOC green tea and water. Ordered 3 mains + 1 side = SGD64. Portion is decent and is quite tasty. The taste is towards the rich side (some might feel is slightly salty). I would recommend the special main - Maze soba.

β β β β β Ordered the premium pork loin set + tonkatsu ramen and both were delicious! The premium pork loin was nicely crisp, tender, and had a good amount of fats. Note that the set comes with free flow of cabbage and rice while the ala carte only comes with cabbage but not rice. The pork in the Tonkatsu raman was leaner but still well crisp and worth the value. The ramen noodles were firm and broth was great.
Updated: tried their Nagoya miso loin but wasn't too big a fan of their miso sauce. My preference is still to dip it in the complimentary in-house tonkatsu sauce.
