★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am surprise at the low rating of this place then I realise it was due to 1 rating that pull it down. I really do enjoy this place their ramen and dons are pretty good. We order 2 dons, a chirashi and salmon don along with a scallop ramen. All 3 dishes were above my expectations. The only thing to note is this place is self service cos they do not charge service charge. I am fine with that as long as the food is good. Will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Takeaway during covid and the other store at the corner happened to be closed for dinner which is my usual go to place. I am underwhelmed here with the bara chirashi don. It’s a decent effort and ok portion, I guess have been pampered by the other store which has been more generous and more tasty, was a tiny bit cheaper at the same time. So I know where I will go next time ... did not try other dishes to be fair

Small seating capacity, due to the safe distancing measures, only 5 groups of customers allowed. In short, only 5 tables.
No service charge, so not expecting any service at all, which happened to be the case, had to collect the food and to clear up the table.
Food was alright, portion was just now.
Had the salmon don, the salmon portion was a bit small for the price.
Forgotten to take picture of the food.
Overall experience was within expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Ramen was actually quite good, especially the pork slices which had a nice bite to it. The soup is the gingery kind you expect from Hokkaido. Not my favourite but still passable. Pork katsu melts in your mouth. One of the best I’ve had. Chirashi don was so so. Overall good value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friends and I were supposed to eat at Sushi Tei next door but as usual, Sushi Tei was damn packed so we decided to give this place a try. And the food was great and the price is reasonable!
I ordered the A05: Bara Chirashi Don and it was good! Portion of the rice is a little small but the ingredients are quite generous for the price! Also tried the D07: Tori Karage and that was good as well! Overall a very nice and pleasant experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered this Truffle Bara Don, highly recommend, as it’s not only having the aromatic truffle taste in every bite you take, it also has crispy rice in the middle to enhance on your overall experience. It’s so full of surprise in a bowl!
