★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought I will give Doctor World a try and set up a tele consultation if possible (my first time using tele medicine). I get a call from a lady who tells me to go look for a GP and cuts the call right away in less than 20 secs without any further help, before I could ask for more clarification on how I can proceed to find a GP. And I could not understand the reason she gave at first as to why I can't see a tele-doctor. I was about to ask her to repeat the reason but the call was cut. Very bad service. Deleting app right away and never using it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 1.5 hours for a call with Raffles Medical doctor. Doc couldn't hear me when the call was on, and simply cut off in less than 10 seconds. Well done

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited longer than the stipulated time to receive my medicine, could not even get into contact with Dr World as their hotline is not public. I called the clinic (ie Raffles Medical) itself but they were of not help either - they refused to put me in touch with Dr World and was rude and dismissive. I had wanted to change my address as the driver had not picked up my medication (this was 2 hours + after consult) and it was a flippant, “no, cannot”. I even offered to speak with the driver directly but the clinic refused to put me in touch with either the driver nor Dr World. Overall, a terrible experience :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a tele-consultation with Dr Thian from Raffles Medical. He is friendly and shows concern about my condition. Will use this as long as my company accepts telemedicine MC and claims. Hope the next doctor I encounter will be as good as him. I got connected to the doctor within a min and the app is easy to use. Called the clinic to ask about my MC and the staff is friendly too! Thank you!
