Brought my dog there for overnight stays and he was very well taken care of, the owner even informed us that our dog had and ear infection which could be treated by more regular cleaning she even showed us how! 5 stars would highly recommend this place please check it out!

owner was quite nice & professional. my puppy who bites almost everyone & everything didn't seem to pose a problem to the groomer. They had their own dog walking around the place & he is the most obedient & friendly dog i've seen. There was even a waiting corner which had magazines & some snacks. My puppy came out looking neat & smelled really nice :) items sold there were quite reasonably priced but the store was alittle dusty here & there.

Ken is the resident groomer, he's a talented groomer, very patient and pays attention to details in his craft. My dog has been with them for several years already.

I have a usual groomer I go to but decided to give this place a try since it’s near where I stay. As it was my first time I opt to try for just a simple wash and dry. Think it’s a family run business as the children handled my dogs. They took my dogs with them by their leashes to the back. When I collected my dogs one of the leash has been bitten through on several parts and there were blood stains on them. Felt quite traumatized as I do not know what happened and the little girl can only tell me my dog bit his own leash. (To this extent till there’s blood? Nobody was watching my dog? Why did he have his leash with him? Nobody took it off?) I think the wash and dry itself was done properly and the charges are reasonable. Felt hygiene of the place was lacking a bit as well. Personally I didn’t enjoy the whole experience am very disappointed. Plus I also have to replace my leash which is quite pricey. This has never ever happened with my usual groomer.

Very friendly staff. They listened to our requests and were kind enough to work on my dog with a lot of care and love. The grooming itself was very professional and very precise. I will come back again for sure! Please come and support them, they will not disappoint.
