★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our newly adopted maltipoo has fear aggression issue and high anxiety towards stranger, hence it is not easy to find a groomer who can handle him. We got rejected by another groomer. But Mad About Grooming is so good. HK is very professional and calm, she really knows how to handle dogs with aggression. My dog bit her during the process but she was cool about it and continued the grooming, using only a cone, no muzzle was used. She's amazing and we are very thankful for her service for giving us a well-groomed furkid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not for restraints (leashing of pet) during grooming. My cat was terrified and it was very traumatizing for her. If you and your pets are comfortable with restraints during grooming, this would be a nice place as the groomer is really nice.
Just to be clear, the groomer is a one woman show and that I do understand leashing are for the safety concerns. This review is only based on my cat who cannot be leashed during grooming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HK, the groomer, is a sweet lady who is very kind and approachable. She took real good care in grooming our maltipoo and even went beyond to keep her for some extra time while we got late. The salon is small and its a 1 woman show, however she is accommodating and works on appointments. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HK did a great job with our Miniature Poodle Mocha! She knew exactly how to cut him in a way that highlights his Poodle features without going too short on the nails or his fur. He's a very anxious boy but HK definitely knew what she was doing. Highly recommend her services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No fancy frills here... Only excellent handling of my very difficult cats (They've been turned away from other more posh grooming establishments!). Groomer H.K. was firm and won them over with her quiet confidence and professional grooming. They calmed down quickly and let her work on them - deshedding, clipping claws, bathing and even trimming their belly fur and around their private parts - with the occasional pat on the head for good behaviour. Highly recommend MAD About Grooming.
