I was quite anxious as I was only left with a few cans so I whatsapped them (their profile pic is of a diff company - I think they manage more than 1 biz) and they were very quick to help me check on the delivery. They even pushed my delivery earlier as soon as there was another postponement. Very glad and thankful for their flexibility, service and promptness ??

They sell most of the common brands for pets and they are also willing to help you get any specific products should they not have something. In addition, they also run a cat rescue, so any purchase also goes towards that. Would highly recommend to patronize.

Then in September 2021 they just closed your order without any form of refund! It is almost a year ha! Scam!!! Buy at your own risk!

Even wassap them and they reply 3 days after. Still haven't got my another packet of cat food. Very2 bad service. They never take customer seriously when they are the one making mistakes for wrong order. This kind of urgent matter have to be resolved asap. Don't recommend buying from here. Incase they send u wrong order, you have to message them many times. There's many other shop who replied promptly when they are the one sending wrong order. Buy else where.
D	Diane F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit disappointed with SGPetshop because while I do want to support small businesses and their advocacy, the fact is, they are a bit unreliable. When you order and pay, you have no idea or updates when your orders will be delivered. It could be a few days, it could be several weeks. Also, they don't consolidate orders -- Sometimes they will deliver some items first but not others, so I have no idea if it's missing items or if they forgot or what -- so I don't know if I should contact them about it or not. Recently, I had missing (or what I thought was delayed) items from my order and then I received an email update that the order was already completed. Now I have to contact them to make sure that I get my items or I get a refund instead. Buy here at your own risk, or if you are able to contact the owners directly.

There was an initial hiccup where I waited one week and there was no response or confirmation, despite making full payment. After reaching out to them, to my horror, i was told the item was out of stock. I’d like to compliment them with my fullest heart as they showed exemplary service recovery, by offering me solution to my urgent needs, while waiting for the shipment to arrive to SG. All in all, they have turned a difficult situation dealing with an angry customer, to someone who keep to their word to fulfill my order.
