β β β β β The fish comes in a very big portion, would be good for a larger group of people. The salted egg pumpkin dish and the dumplings have a relatively thick skin. Overall the price is reasonable.

β β β β β Some hit and misses. The food is decent. Personally prefer their guo bao rou to Oriental's as it was less dry and has more chewy bits between the skin and the meat. Fried noodles were delicious. The La Zi Hi did not meet expectations, it wasn't fragrant or flavourful enough. It was ok lo but I wouldnt order again. Mantou was good.
Cong you bing is crispy but the flavour is lacking, just slightly salty.
Service wise is lacking as well. The lady served the drinks without ice. Hmmmm. They weren't rude but just not your usual service standard. Perhaps a little cold.

β β β β β Decided to try this place after reading good reviews. To my disappointment, the food is nowhere close to acceptable level.
The La Zi Ji θΎ£ειΈ‘ is not fragrant at all but taste salty and dry and the chicken pieces do not feel fresh and hard to bite. Stir fried pea sprout with garlic θ±θ also tasted very salty. Sweet and sour pork ι

θ is okay but the sauce has very strong artificial vinegar smell that you throat feels funny when you breathe in the smell it produces. The only food that is decent in my opinion is the spring onion pancake θ±ζ²Ήι₯Ό.
I hope this is really due to the Friday crowd so avoid this place on busy weekends if possible.

β β β β β First time trying dong bei cuisine in sg, and this was super delicious! No idea wat I ordered, but every dish was very well designed and overall flavour profiles were balanced, especially with drinks. It's also not too expensive compared to other shopping mall foods. 10/10 will be back!

β β β β β There was a long queue on Saturday night and we waited a while to be seated. The braised pork was okay, but the other dishes were delicious. Our favorite was their stir-fried long beans. The food portions are large and the price is affordable. Itβs worth the visit.
