β β β β β Great service for Felicia & Jenny at Donna Beauty at Bedok Mall. Thoroughly explained the packages and was not pushing in their products and service. Was very comfortable and thorough in their work too :) will visit again!

β β β β β contacted donna beauty for a booking via instagram and the outlet gave me a call for the booking confirmation. however since I have not turned 18 yet, I had to sign a consent form. They said they would send me a consent form but to no avail. DM donnabeauty on instagram and they ignored me. After dm-ing them the second time they said they would contact me tomorrow but they did not. It has been almost a month but not even a response. I wanted to bring my family and friends along even but guess not.

β β β β β Went for my first facial at Donna Beauty and was pleasant surprisrd. Ended my session with my face feeling all so plump and moist! Angie, my beautician, was patient with the redness on my face and also provided good advice on how to reduce eczema flare-ups.
Suffering from eczema means that my skin, more often than not is dehydrated, so facials which boast hydration are my monthly go-to & Donna really delivers. The Cold Therapy & Double Hydrating Facial does everything it should to plump your skin by hydrating the deep layers within. Give it a shot, no regrets!

β β β β β I had my first appointment with Angie for my facial. She is professional and makes you comfortable by explaining the details of the products and steps. Angie is meticulous to ensure my face is clean by making sure every black head is removed. Jenny who explains their packages to me is patient and clear. There is no pushing for sales, it is me who feels that this is the place i would love to continue my monthly facial routine. Recommended to try them if you are looking for one.
