But not good for immediate needs. I called up and next appointment available was 4 days later. If my child is sick today then what is the use of an appointment 4 days later?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's great that Dr Anita has opened her new clinic at 691 East Coast Road, Siglap. When my eldest son was born, I brought him to see her in 112 Katong and I have always been impressed with the time and care she took to calm and reassure me, a nervous new Mom. I slso like the fact that she doesn't prescribe a multitude of pills and syrups for every little ailment. I was worried when I heard that she had left 112 Katong but I am delighted to have found her new clinic, (Dr Anita's Kids Clinic) and website. For anyone who is interested, it is at 691 East Coast Road, next door to JK Lim Taekwondo studo in Siglap, in the row of shop houses near the Siglap Centre and Siglap V.

Dr Anita Menon is a godsend. I heaved a huge sigh of relief after locating her again as she recently moved from I12 Katong to open her own practice - Dr Anita's Kids Clinic at 691 E Coast Rd (Siglap). True to her Doctor--Patient/Parent care philosophy she always put the little ones welfare first and never fails to reassure you as a parent. I turned to her for both my 6yo & 3yo medical care needs since birth and learnt much about caring & nurturing my own children just from watching her interact with them. Check out her new Siglap clinic, it's amazingly spacious, cheery and oh... so zen :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We read the good reviews and so tried coming. It is difficult to get appointment at this clinic, and the waiting time is about 30-40 mins with appt.
We waited 6 weeks to get a slot to do health check up and vaccination, and two days before, we were called and told that Dr Anita will not be be available and her next available slot is 5 weeks later (so, 11 weeks just to get appt with Dr Anita).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Anita and her staff have been really good with our daughter and she (and us) have felt very much at ease when we visit. She is knowledgeable and walks us through the diagnosis which really helps to help us understand what our daughter is going through. And the staff have always been nice and accommodating.
