Repeat customer! Exceeded my expectations! Had an old Louis multicolor cosmetic pouch with obvious signs of mold on the vachetta. Dr. Bags got rid of it and it looks new! I can’t believe it! Will definitely use Dr. Bags again!!

Sent my LV multi pochette in for deep cleaning because there was mold in the bag and paid $130 for this service even though I was charged another pricing previously by another staff over WhatsApp. When I dropped it off at the PS outlet, the staff mention that the deep cleansing can remove odors. However, the bag came back with the mold stains still present and the odor is still there. The strap was odorless previously but now there’s an odor on it as well. When I asked the staff about the stains and the odors, she kept repeating the specialist has tried his/her best. It really felt like the bag didn’t go for a thorough cleaning at all. Not recommended at all.

I was very surprised at the way they managed to clean my 2 CHANEL bags! They do warn you ahead of the possible side effects of cleaning especially if your bag has been badly damaged (with mold) or if your bag is very old and delicate. They also take the time to explain the differences in cleaning a Cloth material bag (eg nylon etc) vs leather. To conclude my bags were cleaned well and they did their best to reduce as much side effects as possible and my bags look so clean and they really give new life to the bags:)) Feel reassured and go in with an open heart knowing that your bags are in the care of professionals and people who care about giving your bags a second chance!

I regretted to send my Celine bag to Dr bag for a deep cleaning service and waxing service. They delivered  back to me with incomplete cleaning where I can still spot some stains and dirt on my bag. The whole process on conversation was a disaster. I experienced an dishonest agreement on price quotation over WhatsApp discussion with the staff, Esther. She quoted a fixed price of $488 after seeing the photos I sent. She even claimed that they can do a good job. And I acknowledged but somehow they changed their words after received my bag to top up another $144 for side and bottom waxing. I was stunned on this. I was not told that the fixed price quoted may vary after the team has checked my bag. Esther failed on this part explaining clear to me on the pricing. However, I still let them go ahead to clean my bag since so many good reviews. And now, I was wrong. It ended up an incomplete job… The price they quoted is not transparent. They can increase the pricing as and when they like. Even through they mentioned a 20% discount off from the service. I could have stop all these nonsense when the moment they marked up the price. I felt conned. I do expect a good job done over here to justify the amount paid. I went back to them to tell them the stains and dirt spotted but they claimed that deep cleaning cannot solve the seasonal dirt and stain. Worst, they promised to do a waxing on the mouth of the bag but the zipper part was not done and gave an excuse saying it’s not included in the package and based on their “assessment”to decide. Why would they decide without informing me? The staff, Esther then reluctantly changed her words saying that zipper part cannot be waxed! Their “assessment” only on the exterior parts. What? Ridiculous!!! So interior part (zipper cannot be waxed)…. After that, to cover themselves, they changed their words again saying I need to inform them then they will do it. How would I know which part of the so called “assessment” covers? It’s basically lack of information given but they refused to admit the mistake. Or, it’s their tactic to earn more money by asking me to get it done for another round. Anyway, they can say wherever they want. It reflects on the nasty behaviour they are showing. They spoke ‘strongly’ on their protocol but failed to follow on it. Having said that, beating around the bush and refusing to reply directly to the questions is simply disappointing. Am I the unlucky one? =<

Very friendly staff, patient, professional, and you can tell they are taking very good care of your bags and shoes. They always give you good suggestions out of care. You can always trust their skills too. Have sent a few bags and shows for them to clean. Always satisfied by their services. Because of that my bags serve longer for me.

My first experience after reading good reviews. Sent my Dior bag for ColourPro service from Metallic Pink to Black. Dr.Bags did an amazing job and to my surprise the bag looks as good as new! Friendly staff and great service!

Before: Grey, old and peeling at the edges and mouldy in some areas After: Midnight blue. Super love the result of the colourpro service which includes deepcleanse, layered recolour and transparent gloss coating. Fall in love with my bag all over again, feels like an almost new bag and very amazed by the workmanship. Will definitely send my old bags to Dr Bags again! Thanks for saving my bag, highly recommended :)

The team did an amazing job with the Deep Cleanse for my bag. Before and After pictures attached. My Givenchy bag had gone through stains from jean s and rough treatments such as being placed on dirty surfaces (airplane floors), and the Dr. Bags team managed to remove the stains and give it a new life. Very happy with the results.
