I got great service from this lady who asked me what my criteria were eg. Light, shoulder straps, able to dump larger items, and she came out with 5 amazing options and I was so torn and came home with a Miu Miu! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were unable to sell and rented any of my bags (0 bags sold,0 bags rented out) after more than 90days of consignment. Perhaps high expectations from me as perceived their ability to sell bags as advertised in social media. Have been unhappy about their services, AFTER Pulling out my BAGS, yet their team can send a msg requesting me to recommend my friends to sign up for Style Theory?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've really enjoy buying from Second Edit! Cendy (I think she's the store manager) is so friendly, cheerful and helpful. She always provides honest comments about how she thinks different bags will suit me. She also helps to recommend other alternatives which I find very helpful, and is not pushy in any way. She really wants to help me find the perfect bag! There are many options at the physical store (and more online) and some are really good deals. I'm happy to share that with Cendy's help I managed to find 2 bags which I love!
