β β β β β Dr Low is highly professional and shows tremendous patience when attending to his patients. He would go the extra mile just to ensure that his patients understand their medical conditions and also educate them on the proper use of medications. I would recommend to visit this clinic when he is the attending doctor and would seek his professional advice again in the future

β β β β β A very nice clinic with nice counter staff and doctor is very detail and patient, who is always willing to share more about illnesses and diseases. Go for Doctor Low. If Doctor Ng who is a relief, better dun go. He expects all info given to him as if the sick will know what sickness they are suffering from. He acts as if everyone owes him and he is there just to endorse his "Medical assessment" attitude.

β β β β β I was going there when I got infected to test ART result on 28 Jan 2022. Staff are very rude and no manner. Especially nurses/clinic helpers staff are very rude treat like patients are their slaves. I really hate it and never go there again :(

Receptionists and doctor are super efficient, caring and friendly!
We had trouble booking pre-departure PCR slot for the flight which is in 2 days time as most clinic are fully booked! Thankful for the lady receptionist who picked up my call at 9pm and allowed us to walk-in for the test before the portal collects the specimens. Reasonable price $155 for PCR test!

β β β β β Dr Low has been my familyβs GP for the longest time I can remember. He has taken care of my childrenβs and us very well. He is very meticulous and accurate in his diagnosis and dispenses very good and effective medication. He has become more of a friend than a doctor after so many years. In addition, he is the few doctors who would come out of his room to greet his patients and see them in.

β β β β β very efficient and considerate staffs. I brought my mom for predeparture covid19 test on Sunday night. The staff let my mom to go first for the test as there were quite few patients with cough/flu symptoms and I am 9months pregnant. they are very considerate and also asked me to wait inside the clinic instead, as all the patients are waiting outside. PCR test came out early the next morning as well. my mom also commented that the nurse/doctor that helped her with PCR taught her that she has to breath in and look to the front to avoid feeling pain. and she said that it really works.
