J	Joyvue Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Janice has been my son's paediatrician since he was born 19 months ago. I love her dedication towards young child and professionalism in her work - she will patiently ask questions regarding the symptoms and shows sympathy when child is unwell. Respecting the parent's wishes and decision, and suggest alternatives accordingly with her medical knowledge is something not many doctors can manage. Somehow, i prefer the front desk environment to hold back unnecessary comments, in view that this is a clinic with likely more than half of the children patients feeling unwell/uncomfortable and tired/overwhelmed parents. The clinic is very busy, I agree the handling of appointments schedule can be improved, but we cannot confuse this with the doctor's skills & capabilities. Great job Dr Janice!
r	rodimus2003 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended at all. Doctor and nurses have very little patience and see us as just cash cows. As a paediatric clinic I would expect patience, care and understanding to help new parents but instead, I was first chased out from consultation as there is a long queue and secondly nurse shouted at me and my wife saying we are not steady enough. Subsequently went to another paed and saw the huge difference. A polyclinic would have got a better service and outcome.

A	Amanda Chong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience was unpleasant! Doctor is lack of empathy and impatient. She doesn’t seem to care about our newborn’s condition. She is also lacking diagnosis skills and failed to advice my husband and I about our baby’s condition.

If it is only by appointment, they should say it clearly so people won’t have to make wasted trip. The nurse rejected seeing my 2.5 year old child at the door. And for those with no appointments, you are not allowed to wait inside the clinic; you have to stand outside the clinic door. They treat you like someone with leprosy. Immoral and devious clinic, avoid at all costs!
S	SY Ke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Janice is a compassionate PD and dispenses advice with genuine care and concern for her patients. Unfortunately the appointment timings are hardly ever accurate, waiting time is often a hour or more on the average. This is a function of unrealistic appointment slots for each patient of 10 minutes, whereas typically each patient would require slightly longer, say 20 mins at the very least. For instance, we were told that we had only 20 mins to wait but it has been 40 minutes and there is still one patient ahead of us. We were 15 minutes early for our appointment so we have waited almost an hour. Would be helpful if the slots were not so tightly arranged, even if it means Dr Janice sees fewer patients in a day.

She gives well rounded advice and her nurses in the clinic are all warm and friendly. As an expat looking for a nice pediatrician in Singapore, I highly recommend.
