Just love Dr Chan. He is a very good and professional, friendly and gentle doctor. I would recommend my friends and family to go visit him if they ever need a ent doctor.

Had a pleasant consultation with the doctor, he cleared my doubts with regards to my condition, he did not rush through the consultation spent ample time to explain the treatment required. non star shall be sent to the staff, NON servicing attitude at all. Yes, you have the insurance whether group or personal , you have to pay by yourself up front first, and you are informed you may pay all the bill only upon the insurance approval. Yes, we shall think with meaningful shall we change a insurance or a doctor instead. Doctor's stuff shall be more professional as long as you shall know what is claimable , and what is non claimable at least leave a option to the patient who trust you. With other clinic , I am always been informed that claimable item and non-claimable item, and the clinic stuff or doctor will always recommend what to do will be my best option. Cold face or black face counter stuff made this clinic a very high-end clinic, you may only server those billionaire with your rare SMILE and PATIENCE!!!!!! Whoever would like to go with this clinic , please check well before you spend a day here and try how you are being treated here. For me, waste my money ,waste my patience to all of the staff , waste my time here and many.

Dr Chan was very patient and clear with his explanation/diagnosis. Clinic nurses/assistants were also very friendly and polite, thanks to them for sorting out my complicated insurance matters. Overall a very pleasant experience! Highly recommended!

Dr Chan treated me for ringing in the ears. He was very professional- patiently listening to my concerns and explaining to me what are the possible causes and options I have. When checking my ears he was assuring and proficient, thus it was a quick and painless process.

Dr Chan is knowledgeable and very experienced in his expertise. He managed to allay my anxiety and did the procedure without me feeling any pain. Nurse Fifi and her team is very friendly and answered all my questions promptly. Will recommend this clinic to my relatives and friends!

Don’t bother wasting time and money at this place. Dr Chan may seem friendly and helpful but in actual all his diagnosis doesn’t help with anything to identify and cure your problems. Just putting a tube into my ears and nose straightaway cost a few hundred bucks just like that and still doesn’t know what my issue is about. Gave me some random medication hoping that my condition will improve but seriously, i came for my ear problem but he prescribed me some nose spray which I don’t really need it. Didn’t manage to do anything with my ear problem but instead asked me come back for more tests, which will cost me even more money. After all the scope tests he did for me I wasn’t provided with any report, which means if I had to go to another specialist I will not have anything to show and will have to redo any check from scratch. And payment has to be made upfront in cash even if you are using your insurance. You have to pay them first then you slowly claim back from your own insurance. Spent so much money but couldn’t solve my condition. In the end recovered by myself after doing my own research online and used my own remedy to improve my ear condition.
