β β β β β I was dizzy when I visited the clinic at Northpoint not knowing what to do with a worsening neck/shoulder pain after an injury more than a decade ago. Staff Bernard and Dr Brent were empathetic. The pain was greatly reduced after the treatment and the dizziness was gone. Cheerios to the nice and caring staffs!?

β β β β β Went for trial session as I saw many positive reviews on Google. Waited more than 30min to see the chiropractor. When I did see him (both are European guys), gave me an express 3min science lesson on the spine and associated nerves etc. Very basic explanation which you can Google easily. Said he can't do any adjustment unless you have an x-ray scan. So, in the end, only did a simple neck rotation that lasted 2min. After that brought to the room with an auntie who kept pushing to do x-ray scan at their partner clinic and sign up package. Very pushy.
Advertised your trial session claiming a first treatment and postural analysis but it was just a sales gimmick to lure you in and hard sell you package.
Btw I realised majority of their Google reviews at from people with only 1 review. Seems bogus.
Beware.

β β β β β I discovered natural healings outlet by chance when I was looking around for food.
The staffs/Bernard make me feels very pleasant and comfortable with the services, after a few treatments by Dr Brent I feel better and more confident that my back and neck problem will soon be back to normal.
The staffs and doctor are very professional and give clarifications to the root cause of the pain which I am experiencing.
Dr Brent is very friendly, accommodating, caring and committed doctor in helping me to recover with my back and metal neck aches and my headaches are no longer bothering me.
I'm thankful that I have visited Natural Healings.

β β β β β Surprisingly uncomfortable experience. Chiropractor kept asking you questions to make you answer to make his point. Auntie staff quoted a high price (estimate) for around 30 sessions, had a very impatience look when I ask about the package. No paying by per session per visit, I guess itβs to lock you down.
Went accupuncture and spend less than $1000, problem solve in a month.
Consideration: if you never tried before, the cracking does makes you feel comfortable, but not many of us wants to be lock down with a few thousands buying 30 session if we recovered after a few sessions.
