It is peculiar to label those giving less than satisfactory ratings as "Internet Trolls". All feedback relates to personal experiences with the medical centre that is being rated. Which means, the centre's services, facilities, cleanliness etc.. (apart from resident doctors) are subject to reviews as well. Since experience is almost never alike for individuals, it is perfectly normal to expect varying feedback. Just because some reviews are brief and less than desirable it does not mean they are invalid or are "just sweeping statements". I too am a patient of Dr Caroline and not related to any commenters here. From personal experience, I feel there are aspects during medical consultations which could be further improved. Separately, the reception staffs can do better as well. At each visit, they were either distracted chit chatting or whispering in idle talk amongst themselves. And according greetings and pleasantries only to selected patients. In general, my overall experience thus far was less than ideal. These are factors in my consideration to seek other health facility henceforth. Well, the patients (also commenters here) are being frank and brutally honest too. A pleasant encounter for one does not necessarily equate the same for another. Suck it up. There are always happy and unhappy people being honest - Suck it up!

Never seen such an arrogant attitude from any other clinics and hospitals before. I was new to the clinic. It opens till 5:00pm on week days and I arrived at 4:30pm on this Tuesday. However the doctor left already and only a cold receptionist instructed me that I should call them and make an appointment beforehand. My fault OK?! I will follow the instruction for the next time. Given the fact that it is the nearest one for me, two days after, I called the clinic in the afternoon around 3:30 for a later visit. That receptionist told me that the doctor had already left. She also said the doctor won't be available after 3:30pm the next day. OMG! Could you please just put this information on Internet that your clinic is visited only by appointment and it is not a walk in clinic because it is not for me according to my experience! I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THIS CLINIC because I don't want to have such unpleasant experience anymore. For me, this clinic is arrogant, inconsiderate, disrespectful and inconvenient.

This is the worst clinic I've ever been to. The receptionist does not even bother to help the customer that comes in, and the doctor is even worst. Doesn't bother to hear what the patient is saying and she speaks and response so rude! The doctor's name is Caroline. Kindly suggest that if you've never been here, just go to another doctor !!

been going to this clinic for like 8 years...mostly for lifestyle, life extension, minor injuries etc. no complaints at all for me

Please Don't go there!!!!! Dr Caroline first strikes you as a competent doctor but she is anything but. She sits in her chair and diagnoses patients from 10 metres away while they are seated in their chair. She must be blessed with super-hero x-ray vision and scan abilities that I'm unaware exist. Breast pain was diagnosed as possible breast cancer, chest congestion as possible heart failure and leg pain as Varicose veins......all this without touching the patient. I ran from specialist to specialist....several scans, xrays and mammograms later I'm a little wiser. Please don't make the same mistake as me.

Time after time bad customer service. Receptionists seem to know nothing. No reminders sent for important follow ups . Bit of a mess it seems there. Complained 2 years ago (no response) and been the same every time since.
