At every session, the staff at Kovan never fails to render excellent service, be it the counter staff, the facial masseurs, the centre director. Their facial session is always enjoyable. The product they use is top notch. Alongside, the 3 in 1 herbal treatment is something unique and effective. I used to have terrible body aches and migrane. I don"t have this problem anymore. The ovary motxi treatment is superb. My monthly menstrual cramp problem is no longer a life hack. Despite not being a "big fish"- customer, they are always customer-oriented, sincere, friendly and trustworthy. In a nutshell, they always portray excellent service attitude, cater to customer's needs, it is always an enjoyable experience and a bliss to relax at Fresver Kovan. The presence of professionalism is always there amid the prevailing pandemic gloom.

The place is very clean and nice to do facial treatment. A very relaxing place for people to come and visit after a stressful day at work. The people are very friendly and helpful and and they do body wellness massages as well. Would definitely visit again and recommend my friends to come :)

m	mkjy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been with Fresver for about 3 years now. I transferred from Fresver Hougang to Kovan today and I'm glad this happened! Hougang branch was out of slots so they recommended to try the Kovan one. The space is better with no noise pollution and they have their in-house toilet (so you don't have to use the gross one in the interchange). I would also like to commend beautician Crystal for the excellent decongesting of pores which was painless and her recommended "bo jin" treatment. She was patient and sounded genuine about my well-being. She also sounded really happy working there. Previously at Hougang, there were lots of noise pollution from the buses, slamming of doors and chattering. The beauticians get more rough and rushed through the treatments. I just want to quickly finish my package and change out of Fresver forever. But now in Kovan, I gladly signed on a new package. Really glad I am transferred here and hope the service stays excellent!

My favorite treatment is TLC signature facial and hydra exfoliation therapy, which leaves my face refreshed, moisturized and relaxed. My skin condition has improved over the years with them and they have kept my skin looking young. The therapists here are very friendly and competent, given that many have been with the organization for a long time.

During the session, a premium Herbal Mineral Mud Mask that contains more than 28 functional herbs including high-grade Ginseng and Dang Gui was applied. The session was very relaxing and I could really feel the difference after the treatment. More accurately, I could feel that menstruation cramps has been slowly improving, moving towards achieving overall enhanced womb health.
