In front has Bendeemer Food Centre and lots of coffeeshops
Have locker in toilet and bathroom (bring yr own soap and towel) which are just outside the gym, so wun eat into gym time
Good for circuit training, cross training and mostly uncrowded. They also works with 2 Gym Pod rooms which allows for even smaller group workout

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Space wise quite alright to accommodate up to 10 pax not so stuffy. Equipments are good and pretty new. Only thing I feel location is kinda off but other than all good. Oh didn't see vending machine not that I need but will be handy.
