β β β β β One of my all time favorite doughnuts. You can choose from a wide array of flavors like sugar raised, glazed, Bavarian, chocolate variants. They also have special donuts every so often. They now have choco butternut in Singapore as of March 12! Try also their beverages.

β β β β β I pre-ordered 5 dozens of donuts 1 day in advance for pick up at 8a.m. When I reached at 7:40a.m., I saw a girl unpackaging the trays of donuts and confirmed with her pick up time at 8a.m. I walked around and went back at 7:55a.m, she already started to pack and I completed my buy at 8a.m. The girl name is Denise and I thanked her for an order well done!

β β β β β very unpleasant experience at HarbourFront Centre between 1845-1900Hrs on 17th. Using the 1-For-1 under EzLink App. Basically your staff (young lady with spectacle) and your rude CHINA manager/supervisor ZHAO DAN cannot assist on how the ezlink app payment work. All the while I have no issue paying it at other outlets (ION). Checking with a superior was useless, because ZHAO DAN only reply "ζδΈη₯ιδΉδΈζΈ

¨ι¨ι½ε¦δΊ"!! Well, I think Old Chang Kee & Gong Cha retirees Aunties are more efficient; their learning attitudes are so much better than you. If you can't assist a customer on payment app, you are not fit to be in this role. No wonder your staff attitude was not much better either.

β β β β β I was with my friend just sitting down not even 1 min. An old man, I believe he is the owner of the Dunkin' Donuts for Harbourfront Centre questioning us rudely and in an impolite way asking us are we ordering something? What kind of bad attitude he has and even accused us that he saw us occupied the seats without order anything whereby we just reached harbourfront centre a few mins ago. He also demanded us to leave immediately. Very disappointed of the way the boss treated the customer. Look down on customers. Shame on you! Definitely will give 0 stars If can! Went to Dunkin' Donuts Far East Plaza instead. Happily enjoying the donuts and drinks (see second photos).
