M	Mr Ho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came down today 31/12/2018 to duplicate 2 duro keys. After I went back home and test, only one of the key can fit, the other is faulty. This is your duro standard?? i brought a spare key to your headquarter (Shun Li Industrial) to duplicate 2 keys. One is faulty, so now instead of 3 spare keys, i got 2 only. These 2 are for my tenants. Now i got no spare key for myself due to your fault. I also lose $12 for this. I leave far away so i don't intend to come down again. I dump that faulty key in my dustbin.

G	G K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Bought an Instapure filter from Sellfix DIY, the faucet adapter broke in a few month. And Duro (The official distributor in Sg) won't honour the 1 year warranty they are bound to. Ridiculous. Unable to source a replacement part and Duro wants to charge half the cost of a brand new filter system for it. So my business is going elsewhere and to another filter brand. More importantly, the email responses were aggressive, unprofessional and just plain wrong.
