Dynamic Bike Shop - 961 Jurong West Street 92

This bike shop cannot do professional bikes like mtb,road and tt bike especially with cables inside the frame. Can only good at changing tyres, chain adjusting brakes and so on. Very lousy. Once I bring my road bike ,straight away he say he cannot do. The 2nd time I bring my mtb trail bike he also say he cannot do.

The boss is very rude. I was asking to buy a spare type and he gave me a cold face and ignore me as if I was non existent. He thought he is the only bike shop there and therefore can show attitude to others. If u are busy, just tell others polietly and not show them ur atitude. Our bike has problems and it's our inability to solve these problems, thats why we come to bike shop and thats why u have a bike shop. We are not here to entertain u or to tolerate u. DONT show ur RUDENESS to others. Don’t even deserve 1 star. Highly not recommended.

Had the worst experience again. Owner tend to charge customer higher rates compared to the other bicycle shop which is just down the blk. Same quality of tyre but different owner w same skillset. Went to do some gear tuning for my bike but he rejected rudely and claimed that he doesn't do it. Usually all bicycle shop in sg, will be equip with basic skills like gear tuning and replacement of small parts. If owner don't want to do it because he is busy or lazy, just let us know. If I need to wait for his expertise, I will. But a simple "No I dont do" was such a lazy excuse. Will I go back there to buy bike or recommend my friend ? - No, I rather somewhere else. Will I recommend you go there for servicing or replacement? - No. But if u can wait for 1hr ++ and that attitude, then go ahead.

AVOID THIS PLACE. Went there to check his price of swapping tyres. Told me he doesn’t provide that kind of serivces and walked away, ignoring me thereafter like i am AIR and continue doing his stuff. He was not even servicing anyone! Very rude and bad “services”. Everyone should just go Ace Sports nearby that provides very good services with reasonable prices.

Very nice boss. Very Skillful and knowledgeable ??? Always went there with a problem and leave happily. The review i saw by others.. Saying rude or poor C/S.. I would say: be a little patient. He can be very busy at times. He is Mechanic train not a customer services officer ?? Manage your objectives there and you will leave the bike shop like me : happy man riding a good bike!!!

I'm not sure since when it's become a norm for bicycle shop owner won't looking at you while answering no matter what how long the discussion took. Probably they're super busy but I don't get this kind of behavior from slightly better level of bicycle shop, try not to think it's related cause I find hundreds of low-level shops that serve you a million experiences. Anyway, go back to the shop itself, I don't know how should you call yourself a bicycle shop when you don't know how to patch the tire. May be the profit from selling and fixing small bicycle problems is enoungh for the business to run. But, for God's sake, they can't fix it but they have tire patch kit to sell you! They have no idea even about the sealant fluid and just try to sell you an air-pump instead! Why would you need an air-pump when the tyre can't hold the air! May be that's the art of responding. Overall, the shop is dirty, no waiting seat, no-sh** about service-minded, like you could expected from other low-level businesses. These all are fine only if they have skills! But ends up they aren't, so don't waste your time bother with.

Never will i go here to do any repair Went down and told need wait as there is many people so we go another shop check also need wait... so we decided go back to this dynamic shop to put the biycle there as he said first need wait 1hr plus then after we said we wait.. he say wah u buy online ah this bicycle why they nvr fix for u ??? CANNOT 100% fix if wait 1hr plus.. Then dont say need wait 1hr plus just say CNT DO!!! Eh hello people come to shop to solve issue not to hear your comment we pay your service NOT FREE!!

Bad experience with the owner. Apparently, he only fix selective bikes (bikes that are bought at his store). I am not expecting a world class service from him, but his attitude & service towards customer is terrible. Firstly, shouting at foreign workers for pumping air at his shop, grumble about how consumers don't buy from him and he have to fix their bike..... Why not just close your shop? lol
