★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hairdresser May accepted my appointment but made me wait for more than 2h without a word of apology, she simply ignored me while I waited. To give some perspective to my ordeal, I came to the salon at about 2pm, a very new and blur hairdresser wanted to do my cut, I wasn’t comfortable with her so I rejected. Then I asked May, whom I’ve seen before, if she could cut and style for me. My girl also wanted to rebond her hair. May agreed, asking me to go back at 6pm and my girl to go at 5pm. To cut Long story short, I waited till 8pm but no haircut and the blur hairdresser whom I rejected did my girl’s hair when I had earlier specifically told May I didn’t want her to do. And worst of all, the rebonding was not well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to love this place quite alot back in the days but I feel like the standard has dropped a little, unless you request for the Lady boss's service on your hair. My $20 hair cut was done in barely 5 minutes and it looked like not alot of effort was put into it. It was hard communicating too because the stylist couldn't speak english very well so it was hard to convey what I actually wanted, even with a picture I wanted him to reference. Not satisfactory for a $20 haircut. My hair wasn't even blown to make it look nice like I really just had a $20 haircut. Just cut and okay, done.
