Just when to buy but have very bad experience one of the staff is not helpful at all ?

The drink is very diluted and gets more diluted as the ice melts.

I won't order from this branch anymore, a lot of times the staffs here forgot to put any sugar in my drinks, although I req 100% sugar for my drinks, have order a few times from this branch and no sugar in my drinks, imagine drinking BBTs with zero sugar. Will only order from Bedok Point branch from now on, that guy makes tastier BBTs and doesn't forgot to put sugar. I think part of the reason they forgot to put sugar is I noticed the staffs in this outlet talk to each other too much and not concentrating on their work, there is 4 Each-A-Cup outlets in Bedok and this outlet is the worst, forgot to put sugar, talk too much, never blend the ice properly and you get big chucks of ice in their ice blended drinks and drinks don't taste good. Hope Each-A-Cup can re-train the staffs in this outlet and tell them to please talk less with each other and concentrate on their work, you are paid to work not to talk and messed up the customers drinks.

We ordered snow shakes but received them with ice cubes. Asked staff if they were supposed to be blended with ice instead (like snow) and she said that the blended version is called a smoothie. This is not right. Added one star for the nice counter staff that gave a smile throughout. (To the counter staff, I know you are new and you are doing a really good job ??) Edit: I know a snow shake is a drink, hence ordering it from a drink store. I did not expect “that kind of snowy shaved ice dessert”, but a snow shake. Hope the name of these drinks are changed accordingly to prevent further misunderstandings.

The crew by the name of Mr. Yew, was not only very friendly and accommodating to my order, he even went an extra mile in personally taking the order for me when I am having difficulty in ordering from the machine. As I was rushing to fetch my client,I asked him if he could expedite in making my drink... He made it faster then I expected and was very friendly in serving me. Good job guy. You really made my day. Definitely I would patronize the outlet again,. It's all thanks to all this gentleman ?????

The best service from the ladies at this branch. They take the effort to keep our drink at the side - away from public; and top score for verifying the order. They patiently share with us the trick of using the XL cups. Great quality cups that is worth to keep for craft and hydroponics. Thank u - we will be back again. Best drinks ever.
