Totally atrocious service. Staff there spent more time chit-chatting than actually serving customers. I love KOI but the staff in this branch did not display the same level of professionalism and decency compared to staff in other KOI branches.

Made me wait 15 minutes for a drink and the server only pass me the drink when I stepped forward to say I am asking for a refund . Immediately he said it’s ready . Such a bad experience

Extremely slow as compared to other outlets. Not sure what’s going on behind even thou there’s like 3-5 staff. Will reconsider on coming back to this outlet.

Staff are v rude. The young man at the counter insisted that I wait outside when there's not many customers n I was sweating++. He showed a black disgusting face when he told me to wait outside. Bad behaviour to customer

Went down to bedok koi 3 times to buy handmade coffee but is always sold out. Was told by the staff they make only twice per day and once it is sold thats it. Staff ask me to come earlier next time instead. Unbelievable! I really do not understand why koi instead of making more coffee to generate more sales to compromise the growing demand, staff ask me to come early next time to purchase their coffee. Who does koi think they are?? asking customer to suit their timing needs, koi is not the only coffee seller in that area. What an arrogant way of doing business. Bad move koi!

Visited koi Bedok Mall at 13:36 this afternoon. There wasn’t any queue but 3 groups of customers waiting outside. Knowing my number is next I headed into the store. But to my dismay a staff raised her voice telling me the waiting area is outside. I told her politely that my number is next. (My drink was already at the counter waiting) She rolled her eyes and continued talking to the other employees. After around 5 mins wait, they finally called for number “79”. The issue is my receipt show “273”. At around 13:58 they realised that 79 was actually my drinks. Both my drink and I stood there waiting. So she took my receipt an gave me my drink WITHOUT apologising. As a customer, I don’t think I deserve to be shouted at for entering the store to wait for my drink which is the next one. Secondly, the staffs were not apologetic for their mistake ( receipt and drink label not matching.)

Very slow service. Though the milk tea was good. One thing that i liked about them is that They are trying to have greener options for carrying your tea.
