★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have visited on several occasions. Though the doctors are fine and good, the counter staff make each visit unpleasant. They are grumpy/surly and don’t seem happy nor do they want to be there.
As a patient who is unwell, this poor service attitude makes it even more uncomfortable. Good bedside manner should also extend to counter staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 Doctor was professional but the other older doctor was not!! Counter staff attitude "suck" the way they read the prescription was totally unacceptable. They ONLY read the medicine NAME (Left hand column) and TOTALLY IGNORED the righ hand column for the branding of Medicine. This will be my last time visiting this clinic. I would rather have other clinics earn my Chas and my money!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the clinic staffs offer the bad service. They didn't issue the receipt. I asked them send the receipt from WhatsApp, they said they don't offer that service. What a disgusting service and I will not be going back to that clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just visited East Coast medical centre to purchase my regular blood pressure medications. Nice Doctor Tan as I appealed to him to waive off consultation as I did not have any intention to consult him today (I appreciate his nice goodwill gesture for this time as I regularly comes to see him). Counter staff by the name of Joey was damn rude though. She spoke to me as though I owned her a living and gave me a ‘lecture’ that Doctor waived off his consultation for this time but not next time (of course every customer knows that).. even her tone of voice and body languages tell everyone that she is just not interested in her job and wanna just insist her own way to the patient. I am starting to doubt the service level and when I saw the reviews here, apparently I am not the only one that observes this
