AcuMed Medical (Bedok) - 214 Bedok North Street 1

The male staff who did my ART was nice. He even told me that the people seated outside were covid positive and told me to leave quickly after the test. However, I did it the test at 11.15am and it is almost 2pm and I haven’t received my results! A 15 min test that takes almost three hours to get results is ridiculous! I’ve called them multiple times before they were closed for a break and there was no answer. What is going on???? Do I have to go all the way there to get an answer???? Update: I went there again which was a waste of time and dangerous bc there were covid cases but I had no choice. I called the clinic while I was there just to check if they heard it but didn’t answer and lo and behold, the phone didn’t even ring. So… what is the point of having a phone number?? If you are doing ART there, I suggest you stay around the area and wait and ask them every 15 min for the results… but tbh, I wouldn’t go there.

Lousiest service ever. Please DO NOT VISIT this GP. If only Google allowed me to review WITHOUT A STAR, i would do so! Upon entering this clinic, the nurse named LI JUN immediately shouted at me and instructed me to wait outside. She also mentioned she will attend to me later. After 30 minutes, she came out with another nurse to do a swab test for a patient. Instead of her getting another chair to place her equipment and tools, she instructed me to move to another seat which is so inconsiderate. I have been seated outside for 30 minutes and she has not attended to me. And she make me moved my seat elsewhere which is under the hot sun. Of course i had to move my seat away for the box. After 40 minutes, an elderly citizen rang the bell outside the clinic and Li Jun attended to them, she told the patient that the X-Ray centre is located next door. And that is when i realize i have just wasted my 45 minutes for nothing and wait under the hot sun. On a side note, I just want to compliment the gentlemen who perform the X-ray for me. He apologize on behalf of the company and his service was good.

Soft spoken staff, fast service unlike Woodlands Acumed Clinic is poor service . I went to Bedok Acumed within 15min everything settled.. but luckily less patients

I called the website and the lady said walk in Pcr test is available and she just hung up the phone twice without any greeting. Also when I double checked the website, it says walk in Pcr test is possible however it’s all incorrect. We visited today and they told us they dont take walk in and we must have appointment. Very disappointing let alone such a poor service

Called on Friday 8th July 1632hrs and staff said clinic will be opened on 11th July. Came down on 11th July to see clinic closed. Staff do not even know their own operating schedule. Very disappointing and wasted trip

Walked in for ART without appointment. Told by a chinese woman in her 40s “if u need my help, please wait outside for 45-60min as u didnt have any appointment”. I would be fine if she told me nicely. However, she sounds like i was going to have ART for free and without paying anything and “beg” for her help

Went there today with my friend’s recommendation and the overall experience is good. The doctor is very detail and patient to explain my illness and solution. But the receptionist there was quite rude and inpatient. Hopefully they can improve better on the customer service on my next visit.

This clinic deserves 0 star. Called in numerous times over 2 days and no one in the clinic bother to pick up the phone. Yes, I understand that you are busy, but not picking up the phone for the entire day seems very ridiculous. Did they like off the clinic's phone?
