★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will give a zero star if I can. Terrible service. Dentures done too loose and unwilling to adjust, told me to use glue. Fillings done until you cannot floss. Sloppy work very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dental receptionist at eastern lost my root canal x-rays from the root canal specialist. Asked me to retake again with them before crowning and pay extra.
26/4/2018 - Dr Chiam called to find out more and apologised for the misunderstanding. Had my crowns done in Eastern Dental Jurong West outlet and it was good. Thank you for taking the extra effort to care for your patients.

I am happy to say that my dental needs are well taken care by Dr Chiam of Eastern Dental Surgery. She’s friendly and always shows concern to my general wellbeing. Dr Chiam is so much more than a dentist and I would recommend her to anyone requiring dental treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic Eastern Dental Surgery at Jurong East is an established Clinic that has been operating since 1983 with a good team of dentists and dental assistants.
I have been a Long time patient of this clinic and have recommended many of my friends to this clinic for dental treatment and the feedback I have received is that the clinic’s Service is excellent.
I therefore advise the 2 patients who have written the 2 reviews to go back to the clinic to clear up any miscommunication and I am sure from my and my friends’ experience, that the clinic would attend to issues raised by them to their satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist was very nice. But the dentist made me so mad. She kept on talking over me and was so rude and dismissive when explaining the issue I had. Really hated the experience. I would recommend going to other dentists in the area instead. She did not do any comprehensive check of my teeth. Waste energy and time only

Their services are incomparable, second to none. The fees are reasonable and affordable. Short waiting time for walk in, but it would be helpful to call and make an appointment. Please try for yourself when you need any dental services. Thank you.
