★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. The “Barber” was unskilled and unprofessional. Hair was barely cut or trimmed. Ended up with a bad haircut. Will not return.
It’s a joke that in the age of the Korean/Japanese $10 barber shop that this local start up dares to model itself as a bad imitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried cutting at EasyCut for the first time today by hairdresser Yuki. She was patient and professional throughout the cut, friendly lady ??
Latest update (Apr 21): Went for my 4th haircut here and was served by Yuki again. However this time round, It was very unpleasant experience. Had some miscommunication with her during registering. Her attitude and tone afterwards was bad she was blaming me the whole time for providing her wrong information, infront of other customers. Hope easycut will look into basic customer service and respect of their staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had a hair cut there promoting 5 cuts get one free provided you give them your phone for a 5 star review on google... I declined, and said I simply want a hair cut. Maybe that is why it was the worst hair cut I have ever had, but it was done in less than 5 mins (fast), hair everywhere on my shirt etc... does not look professionally cut at all, wife says my hair looks horrible and uneven. Maybe let them do a fake review and u might get a better service...not going back there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I walked in the shop, their staff told me qucikly cuz they are going to close （There are still at least 25 minutes before closing time ）.
When I told the staff my desired hairstyle.The answer is we only can cut slope for you , we are fast cut !
Finally when she done her job , I told her need to trim a bit. I got the the answer that I will never expected ‘ You never told me properly !!! ’
Such place I will never go again!!!!!
Staff service attitude very bad !
Not professional at all ！

I received great service from Joanne and Yuki the last few rounds. This time I was served by a new staff, Agnes. She did not disappoint me and give me a great hair cut.
This time, I decided to sign up the service credit promotion and happy to receive a beesmade hair clay as they are having a 1 year promotion.
