★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ladies here do not focus on hair cut, rather chit chat a lot and they didn't follow my instruction about my need properly, didn't vacuum my hair properly, I would suggest them to focus on customers and the haircut more and less of chit chatting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get the queue ticket at 2.40pm. The lady stylist was chit chatting with the customer and took close to 30 mins to cut his hair. Its supposed to be 10 mins hair cut for all. Really wasted time waiting for our turn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The closing time states 9pm. Reached 825pm and the staff waved me away. She seemed to be more interested to quickly close shop and leave. Then pls indicate 830pm as closing time. And this is not the first time it has happened. You have lost me forever as customer with this service attitude. The owner, pls look into this matter and employ staff who has the heart to serve. Tks.
