One of the hairstylists takes 20 minutes each time even though they are supposed to be done in 10

Came here for the first time as it is close to home. Very impressed with Irene’s service as she is polite and friendly, offered me solutions on how to thin my hair as it is really heavy, but yet I do not wish to spoil my rebonding. Will definitely come here again.

I know it is a bit difficult to cut my boy's hair as he easily get ticklish. This stylist JOANNE CHENG very impatient and rude, especially towards the kid. At the beginning already pressed down my boy's shoulder, quite hard, then every 30 seconds keep saying "aiyoh cannot lah". I stepped in and help her holding my boy's head so it will be easier for her to cut, yet she show unhappiness as if I am blocking her. Luckily I was aware that there is a leg pedal in front of the chair, else I will tripped down as she keep signalling me to shift to the side. When cutting the fringe, she claws one hand on my boy's head, can tell obviously from how she claws her fingers that she is pressing his head very hard, until I look at her, then she let go off her hands. I asked for the comb and she passed the comb without looking and almost poke my boy's left eye, I told her that she almost poke his eye, not a single word of sorry from her. The only good point is she continue and finished her work. But it was really a terrible service, especially that she is dealing with minor.

I was extremely disappointed with the service and attitude of the hairdresser, i did not manage to get her name but she is the elder one. My request was simple, only to cut short my 8 yrs old son’s hair but it turned out to be so badly done. The side burn was not trim properly and the back was not evenly cut. I have told her to further adjust but she made it worse. The hairdresser attitude was rude and not friendly at all towards children. I did not encounter this kind of service im my first 2 visits with the younger hairdresser there and my son was happy with the visit too. Hope k-cut will look into this matter and have the black sheep working attitude corrected as i do not wish other parent will encounter this kind of of bad service and bad haircut experince to children too.

i need to trim my shoulder length hair as it curl out . who knows this hairstylist -joanne cheng immediate chop my hair very short like 1 inch below my ear loop. the worst part is the length of back hair isnt straight at all. it ruined my day and made me look super ugly . i will never patronise this saloon again. i am doubt of her skill wonder how can co hire her as the hairstylist .

Extremely disappointed. Sent my boys for a haircut. Specifically explained what we wanted and she acknowledged. We were told to stand outside so could not observe how she cut my son’s hair. It turned out to be so badly done. It was not even and there were bald patches at the back of his head. Told her to make adjustments but she made it worse. Didn’t get her name but there was only 2 lady hairdressers, she is the elder one.

It has a notice to ask us to give respect to them. But the workers don’t respect customer and seem to favour their own friends. Wanted to get a haircut for my child, and the single stylist is also cutting the hair of another child with the little girl’s grandma sitting inside. Asked the stylist if she could cut for my kid too, lo and behold, she says no cause I cannot wait inside or stand beside my child. Imagine my bewilderment when she is allowing her “friend” to do it but deny others. Good luck k cut. Please close down. You broke your own rule!
