★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Doctor but we had to queue for almost 1 hour just to register in and get a queue number.
This is an ongoing issue; no idea why this can not be managed better. Ideally customers can register and get a queue number within 5 minutes. Moving onto a phone ticket # system where queue status messages can be sent to customer phones would at least allow customers to get on with their lives without having to waste so much time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here 20 mins before our appointment online. And waited for another 60 mins to finally get our turn. Gess! What’s the point of online appointment? Lady said it’s first come first serve here.
What a complete waste of time! Never coming back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for my pre-departure PCR. Robert was awesome - talked through the procedure, it was painless and his sense of humour really made it a nice experience. Will definitely recommend and return to this clinic in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent 45 mins to 1 hour just for the registration! Really don't understand why not let the patient register and get the number first?? Never see such a clinic operate in this way! This clinic die die let the patient queue outside (standing) for long hour just for registration! Raffles medical should do something to improve this! Such a terrible operation system!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why I'm reading so many negative reviews. My experience with Raffles Harbourfront was a great one. My son and I did PDT ART this morning at 8:30am. Counter lady was nice and very accurate, double checking our passport and IC info. The lady who did our ART was gentle and friendly. My son was so nervous at first, but after the test, he was like this is a piece of cake! The lady was good. Everything went smoothly. From check in to check out, only took 20 minutes, considering there were other patients queuing. Got the result in 20 minutes also. Got it in email and also picked up the hard copy. Great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got people outside to manage queue. Went on the weekday morning 10am the Q was manageable. The shops beside the clinic were still closed thus there were quite a lot of space for patients to hang about. Toilet was just beside.
The Q became longer as the time progressed. The staff were very friendly.

1) Completed whole process in 15-min with appointment made 3 weeks earlier
2) Swab administrator was very professional, guided me on breathing technique and
3) Details from passport, NRIC and air ticket checked after she keyed into system
