Able to cut my 2 year old daughter's hair confidently. They used a booster seat to prop her up as well as a little child sized plastic cover to keep the hair off. It had little dog cartoons on it which she loved. Well worth the money.

avoid ivy at all costs, she ignored my request to not cut my hair too short and was pulling my hair Everytime she cuts. I came in with puffy, messy hair and came out with a short ugly mess and what makes it worse is that she asked if I want my hair to be even shorter than that which at that point might just be a army cut.

Upset with the outcome of my haircut done by Ms Yu although she seems friendly. Imagine 3 persons commented I had a really bad haircut. The first time I went there my hair was meticulously done by a guy and it stayed neat and not unruly even after my hair got longer. So, I went the second time but was really a disaster and I have never seen a bob haircut with 3 uneven slopes exposing all my greys.. hopefully it will grow out of this mess by CNY.. will not let her cut my hair again..

My hair is pretty thick and wavy so usually I'm pretty understanding when barbers have trouble with it, but what they did here was beyond just slight incompetence. Simple instructions like don't cut too short fell on deaf ears. Would not recommend to anyone with anything but straight, thin hair.

It is my mother and I first visit to EC house. Albeit my mum has a demanding request of complete hair style change (long hair -> pixie cut), stylist Tommy Chan managed to tackle it off. His service and patience is commendable. He managed to deal with it swiftly and my mum is very satisfied with the haircut. I am also surprised by the hygiene standard held by EC house. Everything is promptly sanitised after each cut. And the amazing price point with lack of price adjustment during CNY. Will definitely pay a visit to EC house again. Thank you Tommy!

This was my first time trying out this shop offering this sort of hair trimming services. I paid only $12 via a machine and waited 5 mins to be served. The attention to detail, cleanliness and standard of hygiene were impressive as was the efficiency in shop design. Great service (for a trim) and professionalism. I liked that they didn't try to sell me anything or suck me into small talk. Wonderful and relaxing experience - For people who, like me, prefers quick, efficient and well-functioning service and none of that time-wasting extraneous stuff. Good job!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place. Avoid this shop at all costs. Go to another if physically possible. Here's why. On 10.2.18 Saturday I went down to have a cny haircut as per usual, ordered by my folks. I walked past my usual place Kcuts near Old Chang Kee (Which is decent btw), however there was a huge queue so i decided to try someplace new. EC House. 1. When I first entered to pay for my haircut via machine, they issued a card which I am liable for a misplacement fee should i lose it. On top of which, you need to be physically queuing in order to be eligible in the queue. Hence this means that if in an unforeseen instance where nature calls, needing you to leave the queue, off to the back you go. 2. Staff quality. HORRIBLE with the exception of all staff. Only this lady in her 40s showed incredibly frustrating service. Jasmine Chen 3. She was the one who insisted that i needed to glue my ass to the bench at all costs in a rude manner. 4. She was the one whom when I asker how to access the Y5 zone free wifi, first ignored me off followed by shrugging me off by saying no one knows how to access the wifi, again, rudely. Not knowing or wanting to help is fine. Just be nice about it. Wifi was a need as my phone's reception was poor and I couldn't fiddle with my phone with this reception quality. 5. Happy Chinese New Year all! You have been warned. 6. Actual cut quality was ok, by another lady. Didn't try out Jasmine Chen's skills 7. All these can be avoided by management implementing a number system and the staff being alittle nicer to customers being put to wait.

Hair cut with very poor skill people. I need to recut my hair again. Not recommend.
