โ โ โ โ โ I have been scouting for different saloons for many years and finally Jean Yip in nex opened and Jitson was my hair stylist. I have stayed on with him ever since ! I have tried several other stylist and somehow its a really plain cut, and Jitson is just great in creating a nice cut! Its hard to get his appointment too, and if you notice, he is the one working throughout the clock if you step into nex jean yip!

โ โ โ โ โ I've been doing hair treatments at Jean Yip Nex for many months now. Not only are their treatments of high quality, the staffs there are also very friendly and people oriented. I especially recommend Mylo and Lynn, do look for them if you're at Jean Yip Nex!

โ โ โ โ โ Have been visiting this outlet for 3 years. Jitson, my hairstylist, never fails to provide excellent service no matter how busy he is. He has a keen eye for detail and takes his work seriously, never rushing through the cut. Staff at the outlet are also polite and friendly when making bookings or enquiries. Thumbs up!

โ โ โ โ โ I would like to express my appreciation to Milo and Lynn for their awesome service. They have been very professional, patient and helpful in taking care of my hair and scalp the past few months.
Noticed that the salon tends to transfer stylist to other outlets quite often. While I understand this could be due to manpower deployment as a result of shortage, it is not in the best interest of customers cos they are already familiar with a particular stylist and typically sign packages with the same stylist. Also unfair to expect customers to follow stylist to whatever outlet they are deployed to. Hope such deployment is temporary.

Still my personal favorite styling experience!

โ โ โ โ โ I am close to giving Jean Yip at Nex a ONE STAR review due to their RELENTLESS and UNPLEASANT HARD SELLING.
They will continue to press you to buy treatments and packages even despite knowing that you are STILL paying off expensive treatment. They will start hard selling even before you end your treatment.
I declined their offers politely not once, not twice, not thrice but MULTIPLE TIMES to the extent I had to raise my voice!
I do NOT recommend this place if you are looking for a nice salon to distress, pamper and treat yourself. The lack of empathy and compassion makes the service an unpleasant experience despite the good treatment (hence 2 stars)

โ โ โ โ โ Good hair cut by a skilful hairdresser. But the hard selling and pressure tactics really put me off. I informed the staff many times that I didn't want to spend money and didn't want to buy packages. Still they displayed insistence. I see many reviews here about hard selling. Jean Yip is not taking actions and situations did not improve. Either the Management is not bothered about reviews or they agree to hard selling tactics. Buyers beware!
