I was having some issues with GWP as well as Birthday discount.
I did not go back to the shop to enquire as they are busy during the evening time.
So I message them via FB messenger, they are willing to listen and resolve the issue, by exercising some flexibility.
Highly recommended, because they do bother to reply after promising to.
