Excellent service and also the treatment is very much effective. I have been doing treatment in TK for more than a year, scalp is good, hair grown at gaps and density increasing Thanks to all staff @Nex TK and a special Thanks to Roy for caring my scalp ???

[Reposting because I was told to take down my prev bad review as they had offered me an FOC recovery treatment after I spoke to their supervisor about my bad experience in light of their manager being down with Covid. Also, according to them, disciplinary action had been taken against said staff who had done the treatment for me during my visit there and more staff trainings have been conducted with regards to customer approach.] First time doing a scalp treatment here at Nex after seeing a trial promotion for $40 NETT. Was sorely disappointed and frustrated at the same time as the hair specialist, Jo, after doing the scanning and consultation, explained the process of the treatment to me, initially asked me to top up $194+ for a service that helps with sucking out the impurities on my scalp. Politely rejected as I told her it was over my budget. After that, she kept saying it would be good to do it for this session and then tried to aggressively push me to sign a 5 session package "trial". I again told her it was above my budget and that I would have to discuss it with my bf. As this is my first time, I can't justify that the treatment is good enough for me to return, no? She seemed affected by my rejection and told me "Okay you see how the treatment goes and you decide." After the treatment, she did another scan of my scalp to show me the "improvements" from the session and again, did the exact same aggressive pushing of wanting me to sign the 5 session trial at $640+ which to me is way too expensive. I then told her I already had an overseas trip booked with my partner in three weeks and most of my expenses have been set aside for it. People who know what VTL entails would know that PCR tests are not cheap, and my bf and I would have to do these PCR tests before departure and upon arrival in the destination country. Apart from that, we still had to book accommodation and set aside money for expenditure for this trip. Instead of being able to understand the situation, Jo turned the tables on me saying that scalp treatment is just as important and only by doing it regularly will I be able to see the results as to her, my scalp condition is problematic. She also asked me "Partial payment also cannot? Students also do partial payments and they are very happy about it." and proceeded to laugh it off. She also asked me not to take too long to consider as she "can't hold the special price for long" and wanted me to make a decision within the month. Is this really how you train your hair specialists to sell your services? If it was that good, do they really need to adopt such aggressive pushing methods to get customers to sign packages? I was utterly disgusted by the lack of professionalism shown by Jo during my session. The only good part of the whole treatment was the hair wash and free shampoo given at the end of the session. Will never return again and would rather opt for scalp treatments at my usual salon instead. At least they are not aggressively pushy and take my budget into consideration without any added guilt tripping. That is what I call professional behaviour.

Enjoyed my treatment at Nex outlet, all the staffs are very friendly. They were very patience to explain my scalp issues and gave me the solutions. Recommend!

First time trying out a hair care treatment service, the environment and atmosphere is clean and fresh, customers are very spaced out and having individual therapist serving them. My consultation was well done by Christine on the condition of my scalp; the clear and gentle analysis makes me I feel quite at ease looking at my scalp in magnified view. LOL. I did a Detoxifying Treatment and the overall feeling from beginning to the end was very comfortable and I dozed off several times. Got to say that the Therapist Richon did an excellent job, and the products and ampoule give a nice cooling sensation to my scalp and the service was relaxing throughout. I'm pretty pleased with the whole treatment and process and the soft instrumental music and very minimal talking in that place just contributes to this 5 star rating.

Went for treatment after getting voucher from Watsons. Hair specialist Jo is very friendly! The staff are all very nice too. Pleasant experience as my scalp feels refresh after each treatment! Highly recommend for people facing oily scalp, dandruff and hair fall!

Went for a scalp treatment and consultation for the first time today and the service was really great :) Chantel was really helpful during the consultation, where she really gave a lot of helpful advice on how I can improve my scalp condition. The overall treatment was really soothing and nice too! Really enjoyed my experience here :)

Went for a scalp cleansing treatment after purchasing a first trial voucher for ~26 from a Watson promoter. Was pleasantly surprised by how meticulous and professional the staff were, Roy attended to me and explained the hair growth process in detail and did not exaggerate my hair problems unlike some other consultants. He was also polite and pleasant throughout and there was no hardselling. Head massage was great and their shampoo smells really refreshing. Packages are around 800 for 5 sessions (with machine), depending on your condition.

Came to Nex branch for couple of times for hair treatment. Have been seeing great results on hair ever since receiving the treatment. Tonic and shampoo are also excellent products from the company. Hair specialist Jo was in charge for my treatment. Very attentive and professional hair specialist. Similar can be said for other specialists. The overall environment is also very clean, soothing and relaxing. Recommended ?
