The process of choosing/purchasing an engagement ring terrified me who know nothing. eClarity made every step so much easier and less stressful for a guy that knew next to nothing about jewelry and diamond rings. The webinar conducted by them help me a lot and their gemologist personally served me to further educate and assist on my purchase and I never once felt pressured to “close”. I made a few other stops for comparison shopping in the area, and the quality, wide varieties and services couldn’t be matched them. Great experience at eClarity! Staff were very patient while we are finalising our choices between 4 different pairs of rings and they shared with us on their opinions about the different finishings and the rings turned out perfect for our taste! Found eClarity online as I was looking for loose diamond for engagement ring. Looking through their website and Facebook gave me confidence that they will be able to meet my expectation hence I proceed with scheduling a visit to them, and informing them that I would like to see a few diamonds i have shortlisted on their website. No doubt they met my expectation, in fact above and beyond! They are located in Ngee Ann City Office Tower B. Once I arrived, I was introduced to Amanda, the resident gemologist, who has 17 years of experience. She took time to listen to what I was looking for and gave me a crash course about diamonds which was very useful! She also helped to shortlist a few diamonds based on what I have shared and gave me advice on which to choose. After deciding, the salesperson (May) was very helpful and kept me updated on the status as I needed the diamond before flying off 7 days later. They managed to prepare the diamond for me and I was very grateful for it! Look no further if you are looking for loose diamonds!
