Had a pleasant experience purchasing wedding ring here. Ms Kit was very attentive to our choices in mind when deciding on the ring and very helpful. Will definitely recommend family & friends to consider getting their wedding ring here

I went to your store for service follow up. The staff that serve me is absent so I check with another staff. Your staff that serve me told me to change the jewellery will take 2 months to change. However, when I insisted to review. It can be done within 1 mth. It’s funny when it would take 2 months to do change because there is no long festival holidays at all! When I first came to your store, I was treated with respect and enthusiasm. However, it appears that the staffs that serve me may not get any commission from me, served me with a lukewarm attitude. Love and co management, I think you have to keep up your game. It seems that all you care about is the funds and not having the clients at heart.

We bought a proposal ring from Love and Co earlier and also had a pleasant experience with a lady staff a month ago when we were looking at wedding bands. Went back today to the same outlet with the intention to purchase a pair of wedding bands from the same lady. Sadly, the service level of the staffs in the outlet today (19 March 22, afternoon around 3pm to 4pm+) were of utmost disappointment. And now, I am considering if we should really get our wedding bands from Love and Co as I do not want to be reminded of an unpleasant experience for a lifetime. Would like to share that My fiance and I patiently sat at the counter for 15 mins waiting for a staff to serve us. Throughout the entire duration, the staffs chose to ignore our presence (The guy staff in specs and the lady staff with short hair). They would rather serve other customers that came in the store later than to serve us. Management, please investigate this as the CCTV footage would have captured their rude and terrible attitude. Felt insulted and told my fiance that we should probably head elsewhere. I strongly will not recommend my friends/family to visit this outlet.

Kit was very kind and helpful. She was very patient upon our request. She served us for about an hour but she was still giving us the best advices also. Thank you Kit, Well recommended if you’re going to Love & Co to look for your wedding bands.

Abigail is a sweet nice lady who was very patient with me and fiancee. She was not only giving her opinions, but also advised on the most suitable rings for us. She also shared about the pros and cons of the different ring materials. Thank you for the awesome service. Also would like to highlight that one of your chinese staff, Joanne, was very rude when she approached my fiancee to inform her that no photography is allowed. Kindly groom your staff with manners and customer service. We are returning customers but with such attitude in approaching your customers, you will definitely lose your loyal customers. Thank you.

Great customer service by Allan, it was such a great and phenomenal experience provided by Allan from suggesting, to providing his professional advise to allow us to choose the most suitable wedding band. This is the second time that we visited the shop as we purchased the proposal ring from him the 1st time. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family should they needed to buy any rings.

We were served by Jack. A really patient and friendly salesperson. My fiance and I had really specific features which we wanted in our wedding bands. We had already gone to 6 different shops and was close to giving up. However, Jack was able recommend us the designs we wanted, and even find us a pair of bands which matched one another. His sincere service throughout our time in the shop made us feel very valued as customers and contributed to a very pleasant shopping experience. If his boss is reading this, do consider giving Jack a raise alright!
